Primary Functions & Capabilities

  • Heavy Deburring: Efficiently shears off and removes the sharp burrs and jagged edges left behind by fiber laser cutting, plasma cutting, or punching.

  • Oxide & Scale Removal: Strips away thermal cutting scale and heat tint from laser-cut edges, leaving a clean, bare metal surface.

  • Uniform Edge Rounding: Rounds the sharp 90-degree external and internal cutout edges to a consistent radius. This is vital for safety, handling, and ensuring uniform paint or powder coat coverage (coatings tend to pull away from sharp, un-rounded edges).

  • Surface Graining & Finishing: Applies a consistent brushed or linear finish (grain) across the face of the sheet metal for architectural or aesthetic applications.
