Roger Finn on taking the helm when Tom Newman retired in 1994, renamed the companies Laddingford Engineering Ltd and who will always strive to “Meet the Challenge”. His son David, joined the company in 1985 and completed his 5 year City & Guilds engineering apprenticeship in 1990 and in 2006 instigated a full 3D cad design and fabrication drawing facility, which is revised yearly to keep at the forefront of engineering fabrication advancement together with the dedicated guys on the shop floor and the ever efficient office girls.
