In 1991 T.L.Newman Ltd and Roger Finn Engineering & Fabrication merged giving 50 years combined experience to Steelwork Fabrication & Agricultural Engineering. Laddingford Engineering offer the follow sheet metal services: Architectural Fabrications, Balustrade & Railings, Flood Gates, General Fabrications, Mezzanine Floors, Non-Ferrous Fabrications, Security Bollard, Special Fabrications, Structural, Structural Lifting Frames and Trailers & Agricultural. Roger Finn on taking the helm when Tom Newman retired in 1994, renamed the companies Laddingford Engineering Ltd and who will always strive to "Meet the Challenge". His son David, joined the company in 1985 and completed his 5 year City & Guilds engineering apprenticeship in 1990 and who is now gaining a qualification in 2D CAD (computer aided design) to keep at the forefront of engineering fabrication advancement together with the dedicated guys on the shop floor and the ever efficient office girls.
